Lis Wehl, who was born September 19, 1961, in the United States she is an author as well as a the former legal expert of Fox News.
She was previously an associate professor of law in the University of Washington Law School. She's provided legal commentaries for National Public Radio and Bill O'Reilly's Radio Factor. She has been a frequent guest on The O'Reilly Factor as well Lou Dobbs Today The Kelly File With Megyn Kelly with Neil Cavuto and The Kelly File.
Wiehl is she is a Yakima native who graduated from West Valley High School. She graduated from Barnard College with a Bachelor's degree at the age of 33 in. In 1985, she earned her master of Arts degree in Literature at the University of Queensland. And in 1987, she earned a Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School.
Wiehl was a US attorney in the United States. She served as the legal correspondent on NPR All Things Considered. She was the Chief Investigating Counsel for the Democrats of the House Judiciary Committee, during the impeachment of Clinton. Her tenure at University of Washington School of Law Seattle began in 1995 through 2001. She ran their Trial Advocacy Program. Wiehl worked as a Fox News legal analyst from 2001 until 2017.
